About Dr. Mahesh
Dr. Mahesh is a highly experienced and accomplished orthopaedic surgeon with over 29 years of experience post-MBBS and 24 years of expertise post-postgraduation. He completed his MBBS from Government Medical College, Bellary, in 1996, and pursued his MS in Orthopaedics from JSS Medical College, Mysore. Dr. Mahesh began his academic career as a Lecturer at Siddhartha Medical College in 2001 and rose to the position of Professor by 2010, a role he continues to hold with distinction. Since 2021, he has been serving as the Professor and Head of the Department (HOD) at Siddaganga Medical College, where he mentors the next generation of orthopaedic specialists.
Dr. Mahesh
Dr. Mahesh is also a dedicated practitioner with a strong commitment to patient care. He founded the Mahesh Orthopaedic and Trauma Centre in 2009 and later established the Hemavathi Orthopaedic and Trauma Centre in 2013 along with two other partners. With a special interest in trauma surgery, spine surgery, and joint replacement surgeries, Dr. Mahesh has successfully performed over 10,000 surgeries to date. His clinics offer outpatient services from 9 AM to 8:30 PM, with a lunch break from 3 PM to 5 PM, while emergency services are available round the clock at Hemavathi Orthopaedic and Trauma Centre. Dr. Mahesh’s extensive experience, combined with his compassionate approach, makes him a trusted name in orthopaedic care.
